Jake Olsen - District 1
Jake is currently engaged in cattle ranching. Jake attended Newkirk High school and college at Northwestern OSU and TCU with a degree in Ranch Management.
Jake and his wife Christi have been married since 1997 and have 2 children. They have been members since 1994.
Jake has been active on Rural Fire District 106 Board, Kay County Cattleman’s Association Board, and has been serving on the Kay Electric Board of Directors since 2011. While serving on the Kay Electric Board, Jake as achieved his Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership Certification and Director Gold Credential.

Chad is currently engaged in farming and ranching. Chad attended Ponca City High school and college at OSU with a degree in Animal Science.
Chad and his wife Bonnie have been married since 2005 and have 3 children. They have been members since 2005.
Chad has been active with the Knights of Columbus, Kay County Cattleman’s Association, and has been serving on the Kay Electric Board of Directors since 2009. While serving on the Kay Electric Board, Chad as achieved his Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership certification.

Ron is currently engaged in farming. Ron attended Braman High School and college at OSU with a degree in Agronomy.
Ron and his wife Kim have been married since 1991 and have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. They have been members since 1992.
Ron is a past Board Member of Blackwell-Braman Grain Co-op, and is a Deacon of Blackwell Church of Christ. Ron has been serving on the Kay Electric Board of Directors since 2002. While serving on the Kay Electric Board, Ron as achieved his Credentialed Cooperative Director certificate and his Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership Certification and Director Gold Credential.

Max is currently engaged in farming and ranching. Max attended Deer Creek/Lamont High School and college at Oklahoma State with a degree in Agronomy.
Max and his wife Becky have been married since 1981, have 4 children and 12 grandchildren. They have been members since 1981.
Max is a member of the Lamont Christian Church and has been active on the Kay Electric Board of Directors and Board President since 2005. While serving on the KEC Board, Max has achieved his Credentialed Cooperative Director, Board Leadership, and Director Gold Certification.

Mike is currently engaged in farming. Mike attended Caldwell High School in Kansas and college at Oklahoma State with a degree in Agriculture.
Mike and his wife Beth have been married since 2014, he has 6 children and 4 grandchildren. They have been members of Kay Electric since 1980.
Mike is a member of the Central Christian Church in Caldwell, KS and has been active on the Kay Electric Board of Directors since 1989. Mike has also served on the Western Farmer’s Cooperative Board since 2001. While serving on the KEC Board, Mike has achieved his Credentialed Cooperative Director, Board Leadership, and Director Gold Certification.

Brady is currently engaged in farming and ranching. Brady attended Billings High School and college at Oklahoma State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ag Economics.
Brady and his wife Melinda have been married since 1982 and have 2 children. They have been members of Kay Electric since 1982.
Brady is a member of the First Baptist Church of Billings, Vice President of the Garfield RWD #6, Treasurer of the Billings Rural Fire Department and a member of the Billings Cemetery Association. Brady has been active on the Kay Electric Board of Directors since 2011. While serving on the KEC Board, Brady has achieved his Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership Certification.
Bart Cardwell - District 7
Bart Cardwell - District 7
Bart is currently teaching college students Animal Science classes at NOC in Tonkawa. He is a High School graduate of Deer Creek-Lamont and a college graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BS & MS in Animal Science and Ag Education. Bart is also the NOC Sheep Center Manager in the Division of Ag & Biological Sciences.
Bart was elected to the KEC Board April 8, 2022.Bart and his wife Judy have been married since 1994 and have two children. He has been a member of Kay Electric since 1997.
Bart assists with youth at the Lamont UMC and is on the Church Board. He has been a member of the Continental Dorset Club-National Board since 2019. Bart is also a member of the American Hampshire Sheep Association - National Board since 2020, OYE and Tulsa State Fair Sheep Committees from 1997-2013, NWDJLS Sheep Committee from 2014 to present and the Oklahoma Sheep and Wool Producers Board from 1995-2008.
Dr. Tim Blanton - District 8

Tim has owned his own chiropractic business in Ponca City since 1994. Tim attended Highland High School in Kansas where he was raised on the family farm and ranch, then attended Highland Community College and then to Cleveland Chiropractic College where he graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and is also a Certified Animal Chiropractor.
Tim and his wife Echo have been married since 1998 and have two children. Tim has been a member of Kay Electric since 1997.
Tim is a member of the First Baptist Church of Ponca City. Tim has served on the Friends of Education Board, PRCA 101 Wild West Rodeo Board, Director of the 101 Queen Pageant and Coordinator of Events, and a member of AQHA and Unified Chiropractic Assoc. He is a past PTA President and remains active with the Ponca City Leadership Alumni. Tim has been serving on the Kay Electric Board of Directors since 2012. While serving on the KEC Board, Tim has achieved his Credentialed Cooperative Director and Board Leadership Certification.

Verl Brorsen - District 9
Verl is currently engaged in farming and ranching and also operates a seed and hunting business. Verl Graduated from Perry High School and went on to obtain his Bachelor Degree in Animal Science from OSU.
Verl and his wife Dianna have been married since 1977 and have 4 children and 8 grandsons. Verl has been a member of Kay Electric since 1979.
Verl serves as an Elder at the First Presbyterian Church in Perry. Verl also serves as the treasurer of the Perry Rural Fire Association and served as a director on the Perry Chamber of Commerce, Noble County Conservation District Board and is a past director on the Noble County Farm Bureau and Oklahoma Cattleman’s Assoc. Verl has been serving on the Kay Electric Board of Directors since 2001. While serving on the KEC Board, Verl has achieved his Credentialed Cooperative Director, Board Leadership, and Director Gold Certification.
