Kay Electric Cooperative gives back to communities with donations of financial contributions and donations of goods. Since one of the cooperative principles is “Concern for Community”, we find it important to stay involved in the communities we serve.  If you have questions about donations or sponsorships, email communications@kayelectric.coop .

    Fill out the Donation request form online.

    There are 3 ways to send this in:

    1. Download (PDF) -- Print out and drop off at the KEC main office at 300 West Doolin, Blackwell, Oklahoma
       
    2. Download (PDF) -- Print out and mail to:

    3. Fill out the online form below and hit submit, without having to download or print anything.
    Please provide the organization's Federal Tax ID, also known as employer identification number.
    What type of donation are you requesting?
    Enter dollars requested, number of door prizes requested or number of goody bag items requested.
    Please state the organization's purpose.
    Please state how the donation will be used.
    One of KEC's principles is 'Concern for Community.' That's why the cooperative supports community efforts that enhance the quality of life for our members.

    KEC would like a final report, including photos or videos, showing the use of the donation. Provide date you will send report.
    Please state how KEC will be recognized for donating to the organization.
    Please provide invoices, wish lists, event flyers or other helpful information to help KEC make a decision on your request.
    Maximum 5 files.
    20 MB limit.
    Allowed types: gif, jpg, png, bmp, eps, tif, pict, psd, txt, odf, pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, xls, xlsx, xml, avi, mov, mp3, ogg, wav, svg.
    If the request is financial and in the event it is approved, please provide the check payable and mailing information.
